Shipping Policy

Processing Time
For Chibi POP Box subscriptions, all boxes are shipped on the following 15th of the month. In some cases, depending on when you have placed your order, this may be up to 30 days later. All orders placed by midnight the 14th are guaranteed to ship on the 15th. For individual non-subscription Chibi POP Boxes, shipping occurs within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All shipping is free with every purchase! Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your box is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or during peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order
When we generate your shipping label, you will receive an email that your box has shipped. This will contain your tracking number. All shipments are through USPS.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at [your contact email]. We can update your address as long as your box has not yet shipped. Once a box is shipped, we cannot redirect the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at business@chibipoptoys.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Chibi POP Box.

Subscription Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Cancellation requests made after billing has occurred will apply to the following month's shipment.
